| INTERVIEW
221
Within
the static lies the truth.
Synopsis
Interview 221, a tension filled action thriller,
pits our unsuspecting hero, Dwight Franklin, an audio restoration
expert, against a government cover up that dates back 40 years.
A semi retired secret service agent, Marty Weiss, comes into
possession of old audio tapes while performing his duties
as a storage manager at a government warehouse in Los Angeles,
CA.
His
curiosity gets the better of him and he takes the tapes to
Dwight to find out what has been recorded onto them. Dwight
works his “studio magic” to reveal a female voice. The dialog
is edited in a hap-hazard fashion, making the contents impossible
to understand.
When
General Breen, in Washington, DC, finds that the tapes have
been mistakenly shipped to California, all hell breaks loose.
Breen will stop at nothing to cover up the 40 years of lies.
In
a desperate attempt to keep the tapes’ content a secret, General
Breen, hires two mercenary assassins, Hughes and Roberts,
to hunt down and kill anyone who has come into contact with
the tapes.
Following
the merciless killings of an incompetent bureaucrat, Waterman,
and his assistant, Reynolds, we follow our heroes to Northern
California as they flee to a recording studio owned by a friend
of Dwight. With the killers in hot pursuit, Marty and Dwight
desperately try to solve the mystery of the tapes, hoping
that the recorded information will empower them to over come
their seemingly helpless situation.
