Buffalo Bill Cody was possibly one of
the most controversial figures of American western history.
While there is no doubt that Cody was a famous man, an expert
tracker, a good hunter and an accomplished frontiersman, there
is definitely dark clouds over some of Buffalo Bills alleged
historical feats. For example, in his famous wild west show
he often promoted himself as one of the last riders of The
Pony Express. In actuality he was a stable boy for Russell,
Majors and Waddell, who were the founders of the pony express
and as he befriended Majors, he slowly started to make up
stories about being a rider. At the time of the Demise of
the Pony Express in 1861, Cody was only 15 years old. In this
news magazine style of docu-drama helps to add some light
to the dark corners of Buffalo Bill. The show is currently
in Post Production and will be available soon.
